1.Graduate / Postgraduate Trainee (Mechanical)
Position Summary:
Theposition will innovate state-of-the-art technologies for window lift, seat,seat belt, power lift gate or sunroof motor to support new business and currentproductions.
Responsibilities:
- Offer design solutions and proposals to support potential market development worldwide
- Follow up project development activities, such as 3D models, 2D drawings, ESI (Emergency Stop Indicator), sample making and checking, motor tests & reports, and presentations
- Analyze existing motor designs to identify possible design issues and optimize design
- Work with suppliers to address components and materials issues
Requirements
- Bachelor degree above, major in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Manufacturing
- Experienced in design software (such as Solidworks)
- Knowledge on mechanical design and materials such as plastics and metal
- Knowledge of Noise & Vibration modification and optimization is a plus
- Good problem solving skill and execution with limited time and resources
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness and capability to make extra efforts and handle stress
- Learning agile
- Good interpersonal skill

2.Graduate / Postgraduate Trainee (Electronics)
Position Summary:
Theposition will assist in the design and development of motor drives, controlunits and related Electronics parts.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for motor circuit and PCBA layout design
- Design new or high performance controller, drive circuit motor and pump related products based on customer specifications
- Be responsible for software design and realization of required functions based on customer specification
- Design validation and debug, including software test, electrical test and EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) tests
Requirements
- Master degree, majored in Electrical Machinery & Appliances, Power Electronics & Power Drives or Mechatronics
- Knowledge on multi-layer PCBA layout and skills in application software environment or design tool (such as Altium Designer)
- Design abilities in signal & power combination circuitry
- Knowledge of systematic control for motor-based modules required mathematics
- Familiarity with applications of PLC or Programmable Automation Control
- High proficiency in using test instruments including signal generator, power supply & analyzer, dynamometer and other general instruments
- Good problem solving skill and execution with limited time and resources
- Knowledge of Noise & Vibration modification and optimization is a plus
- Good analytical and problem solving skills

3.Postgraduate Trainee (Mechanical/CFD)
Position Summary:
Theposition will assist in motor mechanical design and product development forAutomotive Products Group.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Motor mechanical design, by using Solidworks and realization of required functions based on customer specifications
- Conduct CFD related analysis and simulation on design proposals and proposed components
- Proceed with design validation, customer-required testing and process reporting
- Compact design for integration with motor-based on customer specifications
- Develop testing methods for design validation under customer specifications
Requirements
- Master degree, majored in Mechanical Design, or hydromechanics related disciplines
- Experienced in Solidworks application or Ansys Fluent or Pumplinx
- Knowledge of Noise & Vibration modification and optimization is a plus
- Good problem solving skill and execution with limited time and resources
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness and capability to make extra efforts and handle stress
- Learning agile

4.Graduate / Postgraduate Trainee (Sourcing)
Position Summary:
Therole is to manage commodity suppliers for effective sourcing decisions andsupplier performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the Company’s purchases of assigned commodities. Issue and follow up on purchase orders. Keep track of costs and timing by interfacing with internal and external partners
- Execute the communicated supply strategy in line with the Company’s sourcing requirements. Identify, develop and support suppliers in a global scale
- Take charge of price negotiation with external suppliers on components and services. Manage price benchmarking
- Source and maintain the best possible suppliers to achieve highest level of customers’ satisfaction considering Quality, Technology and strategy with TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- Ensure assigned purchasing projects are in line with timing, pricing, quality and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Material Science, International Trade or related disciplines
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

5.Graduate / Postgraduate Trainee (Supplier Quality)
Position Summary:
Therole will manage supplier quality on assigned commodity groups or commodities,including supplier assessment, on-site audit, root cause analysis andcorrection actions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform supplier assessment, on-site supplier audit and qualify distributors
- Take charge of commodity qualification, including ESI (Early Supplier Involvement), SER (Sample Evaluation Request) PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) review and related follow-up work
- Handle non-conformance materials, including customer complaints, material analysis and verification
- Be responsible for supplier management and monitoring, including performing annual VDA 6.3 and HSPM audit
- Drive continuous improvement projects on supplier performance, including GK (Genba Kaizen), etc.
- Investigate, analyze and review supplier corrective actions to ensure timely closure of ICAR (Corrective Action Report)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Material Science or related disciplines
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc..
